How are the Fontsmith fonts delivered?
When your online payment has been processed, you will be directed to the download section and will be able to download the fonts instantly.
Please note: Only the Licensee can download the fonts.

I am purchasing the fonts for someone else
Only the Licensee can download the fonts.
If you purchase the fonts for someone else, you will be directed to the download section where you will be able to download a receipt/invoice if you wish.
You will also automatically receive a receipt/invoice by email. Please check your email and your email junk folder.
The Licensee will receive a separate email with a link to the download section, where they will be able to download the fonts. Please ensure they check their email and their email junk folder.

I've lost my Fontsmith typefaces, can I download them again?
E-mail your request along with proof of purchase to helpdesk@fontsmith.com. We will then be able to e-mail the fonts to you or reset the download.
"This download is unavailable. You may have reached your download limit for this font. Please contact us"
You have downloaded the fonts already. Check your Downloads window in your web browser. If you still can't find them, please let us know and we can make the fonts available to you.
