Can distributors buy Fontsmith products for resale?

Fonts may not be purchased for the purpose of resale; Fontsmith does not sell fonts through distributors, resellers, or other vendors. Font licenses are non-transferrable, legally binding contracts between Fontsmith Ltd. and the end-users of its font software.

Resellers or design agencies may purchase the fonts on behalf of a client, but FULL LICENSEE DETAILS MUST BE DISCLOSED, and all information must be entered online correctly and fully in the "Licensee" fields provided in the checkout. The fonts will be delivered to the End User directly by us. No exceptions, and errors will not be refunded or licensee details changed once downloaded.
