Some letters are clashing, the wrong letter is displaying or some characters are defaulting to a standard web safe font. Why is this?

The most common cause of these issues is found in the raw text seen in your .html document and is often displayed in Safari or Opera. If text is pasted from a styled document into your .html file then it is possible that ‘hidden’ characters are being placed in the source file. So whilst the text looks ok and exactly as you want it in your source file it actually does contain some hidden characters that will affect the fonts appearance.

Solution: Please delete the entire affected text from your .html document and either re-type the text or copy and paste the text back into your html document as ‘raw’ unstyled text. This should resolve the problem.
